Green Day

I have officially gone off of the deep end.

I have promised to take my daughter to see Green Day. I got the tickets this morning. The show is May 6th in Cleveland. We have seats way way way up in the nose bleed section. It will be me, Jennifer (my daughter) and 2 of her friends..all of which are 13. It should be quite the experience.

Now...Jennifer is a veteran concert goer. She has seen Def Leppard 3 times. Front row twice and 3rd row once.

This Green Day thing should be much different for her. We won't be on the floor..thank God! She wanted floor seats..but that is all general admission and I really am not up to a mosh pit these days.

I have also promised her she could go see Simple Plan/Good Charlotte when they come around this summer. I hope that doesn't interfere with my Def Leppard plans..LOL!

On a different note...I have been reading another Lep Fans blog and lo and behold if I don't get my name thrown into yet another mess. Why can't these people leave me the hell out of it. YOu know I have to say something if I see my name...or if there is reference made to me. So now I am am fighting with someone yet again. I have had numerous arguments with her in the past and I am done...her time will come. Her lies will catch up to her and she will have no friends to back her up when they do....Of course I am a fat middle aged groupie who rides on other peoples coat tails...right? what do I know? LOL.....whatever.....
