It's been awhile...so shoot me!

HEY! I know I have not posted in a very loooonnnnngggg time. Things have been hectic here and I really have nothing to say..especially online. I guess I have so much NOT to say that Michael took me off of his blog list...thanks dude!

So..here is the run down on my life....

I USED to own another house that I had a hard time selling due to my crazy neighbor that lived next door. He actually shot my house once...long story...and he REALLY is crazy...not just saying that. Sooo...I bought this house I am in now when he got released from the mental hospital. So the other house sat empty for about 6 months and my nephew wanted to rent it. You see where this is going don't you? Well..I rented it to him and his bar whore girlfriend. I may have told you guys about her..I am not sure. well...2 1/2 years have passed and I have tried to sell it twice. Now mind you..it should have sold...everything is updated and was all remodeled when we moved. This last time I tried to sell it my real estate guy tells me that the bar whore (they won't let anyone in the house to see it unless they are home) follows the potential buyer around pointing out everything that is wrong in the house. Not to mention she leaves before the people get there so they can't get in. Back in April I watched the house and saw this for myelf. I stopped there and I swear her head turned all the way around..she started screaming at me about some strange stuff. It made absolutly no sense. I told her to get out. Which she says...put it in writing. HMMM...OK..I guess all the time since December that we asked you nicely to move didn't count..or the fact that there was a freaking FOR SALE sign in the yard! SOO.....I took it off of the market when my contract was done...now just before I did that ANOTHER nephew asked if he could buy it..I said sure..get a loan. Well..he got one. So..we gave the first nephew and the BW an eviction paper that I typed up. WELL>.he called me screaming and called me every name in the book. He said he wanted something from the court..OK...I went and got him a 3 day eviction notice. He didn't like that too well since the one I made up gave him 30 days. My sister went and told him that the other nephew was buying the house..even though we didn't even know for sure yet. Soo..now they are still in the house...my nephew has owed the house since June 26th and they won't let him in. He tried the 3 day eviction notice and they didn't leave..if they are not out today he is going to the court to get a court date to get them out. This is all my family now..and no one in the family will talk to me except 1 sister and my parents. I don't know what lies the BW is telling everyone but I know she has made up some really good ones. I turned off the utilities that were in my name and that really fired them up. Why should I get stuck with their bills? That is stupid...I feel like I am opn a bad Jerry Springer episode. I haven't even given you half of the details....

Anyways....Then I went to the PIttsburgh show......I will fill you all in on that and if I can figure out how to do it....I will post a pic or two...
