**cough cough**

I hate being sick. I started getting sick Saturday afternoon. I don't remember anything about Sunday and I woke up Monday at 4am and couldn't swallow. I panicked, of course. I went into the bathroom with a flashlight and my uvula "the little thing that hangs down" is so swollen that it is touching my tongue. So..I woke Jim up and told him to call the dr. at 9 and I went back to bed. I went to the Dr. and she looked in my mouth and said "oh my God!". Which was so reassuring, let me tell ya. So, I have strep. yay! It turned positive immediately. so..now that you know more than you wanted.....

Saturday Jimmy had a St. Jude fundraiser at karate. Jimmy raised 350.00. My sister works at a bar and she took it in and all the drunks gave money. You know, the ones who go in to drink at noon and stay until midnight. Anyway, they did a boardbreaking thing. Jimmy broke 136 boards in 1 hour. His instructor broke 4600 boards in 1 hour. They are't wooden, but hard plastic. His hands were bleeding when he was done. It was nasty.

Oh...and guess what else happened this weekend...my dog is in heat. Disgusting! We are breeding her next time and then I think I am getting her fixed. I hate hoohoo-licking dogs. Nasty nasty dogs....

well, I guess I should go back to bed...I've been up for 3 hours now...almost a record. My medicine is kicking now too. I'll see ya all later...
